In Friday's league outing, the East Central Cardinals (Tulsa, OK) basketball squad edged the host Pryor Tigers (Pryor, OK), by a margin of 36-30.
The Cardinals (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK). The Tigers go into the 5A District 3 match with a 7-0 record.
With the defeat, Pryor moves to 0-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Grove (Grove, OK) to meet the Ridgerunners in a 5A District 3 match on Tuesday, January 9. The Ridgerunners enter the match with a record of 5-3.
