In Friday's non-league outing, the East Ridge Warriors (Lick Creek, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host June Buchanan Crusaders (Pippa Passes, KY), by a margin of 41-18.

The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Cordia (Hazard, KY). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Cordia was trounced by Jenkins (Jenkins, KY), 55-20, in a non-league outing.

The Crusaders now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Oneida Baptist Institute for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 16. June Buchanan will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 55-32 non-league loss to Lynn Camp (Corbin, KY). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-4.
