The St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders (St. Cloud, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Foley Falcons (Foley, MN), 65-63 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Alexandria got by Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN), 64-43, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Holdingford for a AA Section 6 test on Tuesday, December 19. Foley will encounter a Huskers squad coming off a 68-39 non-league win over Paynesville (Paynesville, MN). The Huskers record now stands at 4-1.
