The Lin-Wood Lumberjacks basketball squad scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Franklin Tornadoes to 39 in the Lumberjacks league victory on Friday.

With the victory, Lin-Wood upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Woodsville (Woodsville, NH) to play the Engineers in a Division IV bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Engineers come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Woodsville won 37-34 in their recent league bout against Hinsdale (Hinsdale, NH)

Next up, the Tornadoes play the Farmington Tigers (Farmington, NH) in a Division IV bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 47-37 league loss to Profile (Bethlehem, NH).
