Grinnell Tigers (Grinnell, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), 51-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Grinnell upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Williamsburg (Williamsburg, IA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Williamsburg lost 60-58 in their recent league bout against Benton (Van Horne, IA)

Next up, the Trojans play the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. South Tama County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 55-15 league loss to Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA).
