The Hale Eagles (Hale, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals (Whittemore, MI), 44-19 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Tawas Area (Tawas City, MI). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Tawas Area was trounced by Alcona (Lincoln, MI), 44-33, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Alcona for a North Star test on Friday, January 5.
