The Neodesha Blue Streaks basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Humboldt Cubs to 31 in the Blue Streaks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Streaks now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sedan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Neodesha will meet a Devils team coming off a 54-25 non-league loss to Caney Valley (Caney, KS). The Devils record now stands at 2-3.
The Cubs (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record.
