The Huntington Red Devils (Huntington, TX) basketball crushed the host Pollok Central Bulldogs (Pollok, TX), 54-21 in Friday's league test.
The Red Devils (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Hemphill (Hemphill, TX). The Hornets go into the 3A Region III District 21 test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Hemphill walloped Newton (Newton, TX), 49-32, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Diboll for a 3A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, December 19. Pollok Central will encounter a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 61-48 league loss to Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 13-7.
