Nevada High School Basketball - Incline ripped by Pershing County

December 15, 2023: Incline Village, NV 89451

The Pershing County Mustangs basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Incline Highlanders to 14 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Battle Mountain for a 2A Northern contest on Thursday, December 21. Pershing County will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 38-20 league loss to Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Longhorns record now stands at 9-3.

The Highlanders (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV). The Falcons enter the 2A Northern contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Sierra Lutheran was routed by Pershing County (Lovelock, NV), 56-18, in a league contest.
