The Malad Dragons (Malad, ID) basketball crushed the host West Side Pirates (Dayton, ID), 52-22 in Friday's league test.
The Dragons (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Ririe (Ririe, ID). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Ririe was trounced by Teton (Driggs, ID), 62-33, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Grace for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. West Side will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 58-41 non-league loss to Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-3.
