The Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) basketball crushed the visiting Notre Dame Nikes (Burlington, IA), 70-38 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Wapello (Wapello, IA). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Wapello was trounced by Highland (Riverside, IA), 37-28, in a league test.
The Nikes now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Fort Madison for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. Notre Dame will encounter a Bloodhounds squad coming off a 47-39 non-league loss to Burlington (Burlington, IA). The Bloodhounds record now stands at 6-2.
