The Monroe Trojans basketball team (Monroe, MI), was overwhelmed 58-34 in Friday's league battle with the host Saline Hornets (Saline, MI)
The Hornets now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Novi for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Saline will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 41-24 non-league win over Troy (Troy, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Dearborn (Dearborn, MI). The Pioneers come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Dearborn trounced Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI), 52-28, in a non-league battle.
