Iowa High School Basketball - Pocahontas topped by Sioux Central

The Sioux Central Rebels basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Pocahontas Indians to 52 in the Rebels league victory on Friday.
The Rebels now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire for a Twin Lakes contest on Tuesday, December 19.
The Indians (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA). The Tornadoes come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Storm Lake was defeated by Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA), 55-42, in a league contest.
