Colorado High School Basketball - Wiggins knocked off by Sedgwick County

The Sedgwick County Cougars basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Wiggins Tigers to 37 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Akron for a 3A/2A Lower Platte contest on Friday, January 5. Sedgwick County will meet a Rams team coming off a 52-40 non-league win over Wiggins (Wiggins, CO). The Rams record now stands at 4-2.

The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Akron (Akron, CO). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Akron was outscored by Merino (Merino, CO), 54-42, in a non-league contest.
