The East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) basketball felled the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC), 34-23 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their test against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, South Rowan was beaten by Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 26-18, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host West Forsyth for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. Salisbury will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 43-26 non-league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Titans record now stands at 1-3.
