Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA) and the host New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA), saw Eastern York's basketball squad hold off New Oxford by a count of 49-48.

With the victory, Eastern York upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Knights travel to Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA) to play the HANNA in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The HANNA come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Colonials play the Dover Eagles (Dover, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. New Oxford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
