The Apex Friendship Patriots tipped the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts basketball team by a final score of 55-49 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 19. Apex Friendship will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 57-30 league loss to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC).
