The Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) basketball crushed the host Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), 78-47 in Friday's league test.
The Storm (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Glenn was trounced by West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC), 68-55, in a league test.
The Camels now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Eastern Guilford for a 3A Conference 46 test on Wednesday, January 4. Atkins will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 57-44 league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-9.
