    In Friday's non-league outing, the Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Malcolm Clippers (Malcolm, NE), by a margin of 60-37.

    The Orangemen (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Platte (North Platte, NE). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record.

    The Clippers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Raymond Central for a C1 District 2 outing on Saturday, December 17. Malcolm will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 68-24 non-league loss to Douglas County West (Valley, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-4.
