Texas High School Basketball - Cypress Woods can't hold off Langham Creek

The Langham Creek Lobos basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Cypress Woods Wildcats to 52 in the Lobos league victory on Friday.

The Lobos now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Hightower for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Langham Creek will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 57-49 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 11-6.

The Wildcats (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Spring (Spring, TX). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Spring was nudged by Aldine (Houston, TX), 63-62, in a league contest.
