Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA), 73-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Eastern York upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Golden Knights travel to Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a York-Adams 2 bout on Friday, December 23. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Colonials clash with the Dover Eagles (Dover, PA) in a York-Adams 2 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. New Oxford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 77-70 non-league loss to Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA).
