Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rose Bud Ramblers (Rose Bud, AR) and the visiting Episcopal Wildcats (Little Rock, AR), saw Rose Bud's basketball squad hold off Episcopal by a count of 66-63.

With the victory, Rose Bud upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Ramblers travel to Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR) to play the Jaguars in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 12-0. Lisa Academy North won 58-54 in their recent league challenge against Riverview (Searcy, AR)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Central Cougars (West Helena, AR) in a 3A Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 60-45 league loss to Harding Academy (Searcy, AR).
