Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Neshannock trounces Freedom Area

The Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Freedom Area Bulldogs (Freedom, PA), 73-23 in Friday's league test.
The Lancers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln (Ellwood City, PA). The Wolverine go into the WPIAL 3A 1 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Lincoln walloped New Brighton (New Brighton, PA), 63-48, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Mohawk Area for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 20. Freedom Area will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 83-62 non-league win over Rochester (Rochester, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-0.
