The Gloucester Fishermen basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Swampscott Big Blue to 45 in the Fishermen league triumph on Friday.

The Fishermen now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manchester Essex for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30.

The Big Blue (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Belchertown (Belchertown, MA). The Orioles enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
