Indiana High School Basketball - Morgan Township thwarts Hebron

The Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN) basketball knocked off the host Hebron Hawks (Hebron, IN), 66-52 in Friday's league test.

The Cherokees (4-2) will now prepare for their test against DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, DeMotte Christian notched a victory over South Central (Union Mills, IN), 76-60, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host LaVille for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 21. Hebron will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Glenn (Walkerton, IN). The Lancers record now stands at 4-3.
