Arkansas High School Basketball - Jasper overwhelms Lead Hill

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Jasper Pirates (Jasper, AR) and the visiting Lead Hill Tigers (Lead Hill, AR), saw Jasper's basketball squad wallop Lead Hill by a count of 76-48.

With the victory, Jasper upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Pirates host The New School (Fayetteville, AR) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 2. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 10-0. The New School won 66-18 in their recent league challenge against Decatur (Decatur, AR)

Next up, the Tigers play the Yellville-Summit Panthers (Yellville, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. Lead Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 7-17 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 68-50 league win over Eureka Springs (Eureka Springs, AR).
