In Friday's league match, the visiting Joliet Central Steelmen basketball team scored a tight 92-91 triumph over the Plainfield Central Wildcats.
In their next game, the Steelmen meet the Peoria Lions (Peoria, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 27. Joliet Central will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record.
