Murray Mustangs (Murray, IA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles (Moulton, IA), 54-14 in a league bout.

With the victory, Murray upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mormon Trail (Garden Grove, IA) to play the Saints in a Bluegrass bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Saints come into the bout with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Eagles play the Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Moulton-Udell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Warhawks come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 49-43 league win over Southwest Valley (Corning, IA).
