North Carolina High School Basketball - Mountain Heritage overwhelms Rosman

December 16, 2022: Rosman, NC 28772

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC) and the host Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC), saw Mountain Heritage's basketball squad wallop Rosman by a tally of 67-30.

With the victory, Mountain Heritage improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Owen (Black Mountain, NC) to confront the Warhorses in a 1A/2A Conference 42 challenge on Monday, December 19. The Warhorses come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Owen lost 68-51 in their recent league challenge against Mitchell (Bakersville, NC)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Madison Patriots (Marshall, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 42 challenge, on Monday, December 19. Rosman will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 90-82 non-league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC).
