The Quakertown Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Wissahickon Trojans to 49 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Ghost Prep for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Quakertown will battle a Firebirds team coming off a 57-48 non-league win over Lansdale Catholic (Lansdale, PA). The Firebirds record now stands at 2-4.

The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Abington (Abington, PA). The Galloping Ghosts come into the Suburban One - American contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Abington prevailed over Upper Dublin (Fort Washington, PA), 59-49, in a league contest.
