Roosevelt Mustangs (Dallas, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Skyline Raiders (Dallas, TX), 63-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Terrell (Terrell, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-11.

Next up, the Raiders play the DeSoto Eagles (DeSoto, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Skyline will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 75-62 non-league win over Red Oak (Red Oak, TX).
