In their next game, the Cougar face the Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 3. Calvary Christian will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 50-29 league loss to Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC).

With the defeat, Tabernacle Christian moves to 1-6 on the year. The Ram travel to Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC) to battle the Chargers in a NCCSA A District 2 battle on Tuesday, January 10. The Chargers come into the battle with a record of 3-4.
