Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakman Wildcats (Oakman, AL), 61-11 in a league bout.
With the win, Carbon Hill upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Dora (Dora, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 2. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 11-2.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Oakman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 56-22 non-league win over Lynn (Lynn, AL).
