The Prentice Buccaneers basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Chequamegon Screaming Eagles to 42 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Three Lakes for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Prentice will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 55-20 league win over Elcho (Elcho, WI). The Bluejays record now stands at 3-4.

The Screaming Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Tomahawk (Tomahawk, WI). The Hatchets enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Tomahawk was routed by Medford (Medford, WI), 57-16, in a league contest.
