The Strasburg Rams tipped the host East Rockingham Eagles basketball team by a final score of 44-43 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Rams face the Madison County Mountaineers (Madison, VA) in a Bull Run game, on Monday, December 19. Strasburg will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Mountaineers enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 55-15 league loss to Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA).

With the defeat, East Rockingham moves to 4-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Clarke County (Berryville, VA) to face the Eagles in a Bull Run game on Tuesday, December 20. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 5-1.
