Texas High School Basketball - Ector topped by Miller Grove

The Miller Grove Hornets basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Ector Eagles to 37 in the Hornets league victory on Friday.

The Hornets now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Como-Pickton for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Miller Grove will battle a Eagles team coming off a 47-36 league win over Alba-Golden (Alba, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-3.

The Eagles (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Caddo Mills (Caddo Mills, TX). The Foxes come into the non-league contest with a 2-9 record.
