The Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL), 63-25 in Friday's league test.

The Raiders (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The Hawks go into the Upstate Eight test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Bartlett walloped Streamwood (Streamwood, IL), 63-45, in a league test.

The Maroons now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host West Chicago for a Upstate Eight test on Tuesday, December 20. Elgin will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 42-24 non-league win over St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-3.
