Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Garland Owls (Garland, TX), 69-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sachse upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to South Garland (Garland, TX) to play the Titans in a 6A Region II District 9 bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 7-9. South Garland lost 52-32 in their recent league bout against Naaman Forest (Garland, TX)

Next up, the Owls play the South Garland Titans (Garland, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Garland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
