The Hancock County Indians (Sneedville, TN) basketball crushed the host University Buccaneers (Johnson City, TN), 53-30 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Cherokee (Rogersville, TN). The Chiefs go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Cherokee was trounced by Chuckey-Doak (Afton, TN), 56-55, in a non-league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Unicoi County for a non-league test on Thursday, December 22. University will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 53-45 non-league loss to Daniel Boone (Gray, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-5.
