The Henry Hudson Admirals basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting South Amboy Governors to 14 in the Admirals non-league triumph on Friday.
The Admirals now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perth Amboy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Henry Hudson will meet a Panthers team coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
The Governors (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, East Brunswick was routed by Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ), 53-52, in a league contest.
