With the victory, Troup improves its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Tatum (Tatum, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 3A Region II District 16 challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Tatum won 67-55 in their recent league challenge against Jefferson (Jefferson, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Elysian Fields Yellowjackets (Elysian Fields, TX) in a 3A Region II District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 11-11 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 41-18 league loss to Arp (Arp, TX).
