With the win, Littlefield upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Wildcats host Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX) to clash with the Mules in a 3A Region I District 3 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Mules go into the bout with a record of 9-9.

Next up, the Tornadoes clash with the Muleshoe Mules (Muleshoe, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Lamesa will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Mules go into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 68-43 league win over Friona (Friona, TX).
