Terrell Tigers (Terrell, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), 55-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Terrell upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Tigers host Wilmer-Hutchins (Dallas, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 7-4. Wilmer-Hutchins won 48-3 in their recent non-league bout against Samuell (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX) in a 5A Region II District 14 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
