In Friday's league outing, the Medford Raiders (Medford, WI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Tomahawk Hatchets (Tomahawk, WI), by a count of 57-16.

The Raiders (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against New London (New London, WI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record.

The Hatchets now hold a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chequamegon for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. Tomahawk will play a Screaming Eagles squad coming off a 67-42 league loss to Prentice (Prentice, WI). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 0-8.
