With the victory, Mitchell County improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Miller County (Colquitt, GA) to play the Pirates in a A D2 Region 1B challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Miller County lost 72-12 in their recent league challenge against Early County (Blakely, GA)

Next up, the Greenwave play the Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Terrell County will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 64-28 non-league win over Crisp County (Cordele, GA).
