Texas High School Basketball - Weatherford can't hold off Paschal

The Paschal Panthers basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Weatherford Kangaroos to 37 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Worth for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Paschal will battle a Bullfrogs team coming off a 41-29 non-league loss to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Bullfrogs record now stands at 11-11.
The Kangaroos (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Crowley (Crowley, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region I District 3 contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Crowley was nudged by Boswell (Fort Worth, TX), 48-41, in a league contest.
