Texas High School Basketball - South Hills thwarted by Polytechnic

The South Hills Scorpions basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was toppled 43-33 in Friday's league battle with the host Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX)

The Parrots now possess a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Everman for a 5A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, December 20. Polytechnic will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-22 league win over Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-13.

The Scorpions (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region I District 6 battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Trimble Tech beat North Side (Fort Worth, TX), 29-26, in a league battle.
