St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 63-10 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Stephens upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Indians travel to North Iredell (Olin, NC) to play the Raiders in a 3A Conference 51 bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-4. North Iredell won 48-37 in their recent league bout against Foard (Newton, NC)

Next up, the Warriors play the Foard Tigers (Newton, NC) in a 3A Conference 51 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. West Iredell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 48-37 league loss to North Iredell (Olin, NC).
