Concordia Prep Saints (Towson, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Annapolis Area Christian Eagles (Severn, MD), 60-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Concordia Prep upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Saints travel to Dulaney (Timonium, MD) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Dulaney won 51-37 in their recent non-league bout against Towson (Towson, MD)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Chapelgate Christian Academy Yellowjackets (Marriottsville, MD) in a bout, on Monday, December 19. Annapolis Area Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 50-44 league loss to St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD).
