In Friday's non-league outing, the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC), by a margin of 60-36.
The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record.
The Screaming Eagle now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host South Brunswick for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 3. Ashley will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 60-20 non-league loss to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.
